The following terms and conditions apply to all sales:
Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
Payment must be made in full at the time of shipping.
Open account (30 day net) arrangements are available for qualified customers.
Shipping
All products are shipped FOB our dock in Memphis, Tennessee.
All products are shipped FedEx Ground unless requested otherwise.
UPS is available upon special request at an additional cost for pickup.
Title to and responsibility for goods passes to the customer at the time of pickup.
Product Quality and Returns
We guarantee our products to be free of significant flaws.
Any returned pieces must be in new and saleable condition.
All returned items are subject to the greater of a 15% or $15.00 restocking fee.
Presentation bases are not returnable, except for non-functioning electronics.
Return freight is the sole responsibility of the customer.
