Ordering Information

The following terms and conditions apply to all sales:

Payment

• We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of shipping.
• Open account (30 day net) arrangements are available for qualified customers.

Shipping

• All products are shipped FOB our dock in Memphis, Tennessee.
• All products are shipped FedEx Ground unless requested otherwise.
• UPS is available upon special request at an additional cost for pickup.
• Title to and responsibility for goods passes to the customer at the time of pickup.

Product Quality and Returns

• We guarantee our products to be free of significant flaws.
• Any returned pieces must be in new and saleable condition.
• All returned items are subject to the greater of a 15% or $15.00 restocking fee.
• Presentation bases are not returnable, except for non-functioning electronics.
• Return freight is the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Please contact us prior to returning any product.
